Illegally deducted money from my banking account

Myself and hundreds of others have been ripped off of a minimum of 31.98 out of my bank account. I too applied for a payday loan and declined any other offers yet this company still deducted a fee from my account and still enrolled me in there false services. This company has been stealing from individuals for at least the last 5 years. They offer a refund form online that does not work. And the emails they generate to help you get your money back all have dead links in them. No one has ever received a refund from this company. They claim to protect against fraud yet they use payday loan sites to falsely enroll you in a service that you do not want nor need. Especially if you are broke enough to look for a payday loan. I would like to have my refund and if any others are facing this situation please contact me by email and we can work together on a class action lawsuit.
