Express platinum singed me up for what i thought was a regular credit card that would help my credit score. As soon as i found out what type of card it was i canceled it this was in october they still took the 99.00 dollars out of my account in november i called several times they keep saying that they are returning my money in 3to5 business days it is now the 16 day i need help retreiving my funds back can you help
