Rip-off on car sale! I have all my receipts for car payment, but they repossessed my car anyway

Hi,

I bought a 99 z24 cavalier convertable from mr larry fitch the owner of new rides auto sale he wanted $3000.00 down and $250 month ok I put the down payment on the car even though the car was as/is he said if it needs any thang he would fix it after all I steel owed $7900 on it.

Then after one month the transmission started to shift real hard. The power windows would not go up and down right. So I called MR FITCH and he said it would be two months before he could fix it I said ok good. When it was time to take the car in I did and when I handed him the keys he said, "get the f#$% off my lot. I'm reporting the car and if you don't leave I'm calling the police."

So he called them and told the cops that I was late on all my payment and they told me to leave. I tried to tell them I have all my receipts. It didn't do no good. They wouldn't listen to me so I didn't have the money to fight it in court so I lost about $5000.00
