Waiting for Washer Parts

I had a tech in for my washer on May 28th. He said my washer needed about 7 parts. Well, its now July 8th and I have only received 1 part! Everytime I call I get a run around. I email them and they never answer me. I am tired to bringing my wash up and down 4 flights of steps. I just want answers!
