Bought a lame puppy

I purchased an attractive dog from Kathie Williams, operator of Heritage Laboratories (March). When our dog was 5 weeks old, he was identified as having bilateral shoulder dysplasia/lameness. The dog is 9 weeks old and can't play or work without suffering. Kathie has declined to recognize her agreement, despite being delivered two models of xrays along with a movie. We've turned to distributing our puppies x-rays towards the OFA and wait established/authoritative model. The dog never experienced his dew claws as marketed and needed a growth taken off his back knee... Heritage Laboratories may care less.
