I noticed this charge on my card posted to my account on the 31st of October. I have called the number, and the lady I talked with said i would be refunded the money in 2 to 3 business days. I waited until today and tried calling but it says that no one is available to take the call at the present time. Something needs to be done. Its not a lot of money but its my money.
