We were sold a (new) gun that was not only used but damaged/parts missing/packing list missing. When we contacted dunham's we were told that we had to contacted mossberg who wants to send us a box for returning it so that they can determine the extent of damage. We feel that by returning it that they would have all the evidence of the major fraud that has been committed
