This company called my work and told me that if I can pay $494.00 they would take that amount as settlement out of court using account #AS98033 — I found out that someone was approving a payday loan with CashAdvanceUSA which, of course, is a total lie. I am using a reputable company to pay this outstanding debt and I was led to believe that it would be paid in full by all parties involved. Not to mention, they emailed me and said that they could not withdraw the funds and I should authorize another payment method.
