I payed 2,000 0n may 7th to alarcon ass. To get a fixed rate... It has been 7 months and nothing has been done to this date. I have tryed contacting someone for the past 2 weeks and noone has returned my phone calls, i feel i have been scamed and the sad part is i borrowed the money and dont have it to pay back because of my high mtg payment..
