Took money for home loan modification never responded to calls or emails

On October 5 I talked with a Crystal who clained to work for Alarcon associates and she said they could help with a home loan modification. I did look them up and at the time I did not see any negative reports. They emailed me a contract that Crystal went over with me. I signed them on line and was suppose to give them $1658 for 3 months to insure that we could pay that amopunt as they said that is what we would qualify for as a mortgage payment. They requested a great deal of information which I promptly send off except for a Profit and loss statement that we were waiting for. They were suppose to take the 1658 out of my account on Mon Oct 17th. On Sat I called Crystal and said e needed to delay the process and not to take the money out of my account on MOnday. They took it out and she explained that the order was put in on Friday the 14th and she could not stop it as it was already taken out. I than told her to cancel the whole agreement and she said she would get the money returned to me. I emailed and called her several more times that week and she said she was working on it. Than I heard nothing. I have called Alarcon 3 times and no one returns my call. I am now in the process of trying to get back these funds via the lawyers network.
