Received a call about a year ago from someone who claimed to be affiliated with RCI (RCI/Wyndham -our timeshare) and the person offered a vacation package for $200 that included trips to Orlando, Daytona, Fort Lauderdale and a cruise, as long as we were willing to sit through a presentation (ugh, not again). But, we decided to try it anyway. I paid the $200 and they sent me a little packet. We decided to use it this winter, so I went to their website www.viptraveloption.com) to fill out the required "form" to plan the dates, and none of the links will load. I called the phone number on the packet they mailed to me several months ago (855.211.3417) and was immediately put on hold for about 30 minutes, so I finally gave up. Looking online, I discovered an entire page of complaints about this company.in fact, I cannot find any evidence that it's nothing more that a complete scam. If I cannot actually contact them to plan the trip, they should reimburse me in full.
