Service promised but not delivered as per verbal agreement.
The company did not live up to promised magazines. NO CONTRACT was signed. They refuse to cancel saying that it was a contract. I had to go to the expense of closing a bank account and changing auto deposits and withdrawals. They now CLAIM that a collections co is involved and will damage my credit.
