Ordered and paid $495 for a sample. Then had $89.95 deducted from my account (Unauthorized Transaction). Called them—was told to return sample and they would refund $80.00 dollars of my money that they stole. Since then I have called many times and received the same promise everyone else has. (You'll receive the money in 3 days) Wont let me talk to a supervisor which would be futile anyhow. They have a 7 rating with the National BBB (1 is the best 7 is the worst) A scam company. Home Federal Bank (My Bank) thinks they are an excellent company. That tells me something! Bank of America can, and will stop you from losing money like this! Whatever you think of B of A this is one that will protect you. Paul C.
