My husband ordered the FREE TRIAL of the face kit for shipping and handeling. It was delivered on 10/21. I do internet banking and checked my credit card and noticed the charge posted on 10/31. I still haven't been billed for the charge so I wouldn't have been aware of the charge. Today's date is November 18.
I was waiting for the order to arrive so I could return it. I used it a few times and it wasn't for me.
On Nov 11 I called the number provided to tell them I hadn't received the order. The rep.informed me that the charge was for the supply I had received and because I hadn't notified them after 10 days I was charged. She then had me go to the place to read terms and conditions. I told her I would contact my bank and have the charged removed. She proceeded to tell me I could do that but because of the terms and conditions being posted the bank would put the charge back on because the were legal and compliant. I told her it was a scam and she then told me to save me the hassel she could credit 25% I said no all of it. She said she would talk to supervisor and returned and said 40%. I again disagreed and she asked if I wanted to talk to supervisor. I said yes. She returned and said they were busy and would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. They did call and he offered 50%. I still disagreed and he said the offer was off the table and he would notifiy the disput dept and I would end up paying 100%. I told him it was a scam and profitted from it.
