Miscellaneous

We spent $250 then an additional $70 to get 45 useless vouchers - and an MP3 player which was never received. I was also advised by

'Catherine' who stated she was the supervisor calling from
Southport (but later turned out to be in India) that for each additional voucher over the $250 used you
get $10 back (of course this is untrue as we couldn't use any vouchers). I was also told of numerous hotels on the sunshine
coast where all we needed to do was pay for breakfast and dinner
and then stay free. These included Alex Beach Cabins, Ocean
Boulevard at Alexandra Headlands, Mylos Holiday Apartments, Aspire at Kings Beach, Fairseas, Opal Cove etc etc. Upon later trying
to book I was advised by staff that I was unable to use the meal option at any of these locations, which was the whole premise on which the vouchers were purchased. I later spoke to the Office of Fair Trading who advised that legally I am entitled to a refund. The manager (Julie refuses to give us a refund).

Further information you may require includes the ID number provided by Catherine. I was told it was 8600052.

The invoice number was 34591726.
