Went to Orlando for a vacation, after being give a very special rate at a westgate resort, We ended up attending a seminar and buying a time share.in the resort lobby was a booth where jewelry was being sold. I was told that the the jewelry had a life time guarantee against anything, even lost. After a few months, the ring started to tarnish. I knew that the stones were zirconia but expected the band would hold up as well as the stone. The ring was to serve as an engagement ring but I became embarressed to wear it. I searched for my receipt so I could contact the co. But could not find it.
We again went to Orland in the meantime for another vacation and I had hoped the people would be there... Another co. Was there and gave the the usl name.
I loved the style of the ring and would really want it replaced. Can you Help??
