For months I have been dealing with Dish network, The equipment they have put into my home does not work I have been dealing with this since they put it here. They know and realize their is a problem but instead of fixing it they want to charge me money to fix their problem. Or for me to have to pay to send new equipment or put their service fee on. This seems like a major scam, they rent out bad equipment and then expect you to jump through hoops to fix it and pay through the nose to handle it. I am so sick of these companies, You know if their was a good caring TV company right now that took care of their product I bet they would have more business then they could handle. Oh they also sent me out a So called New receiver because that was the problem well it did the same thing as the last one and they wont fix this (PS. This equipment was all replaced it's all new just a month or couple of weeks old supposidely, I believe it's all referbished and the hard drive is what has gone out of it. That's what the team keeps telling me. The scam is in their wanting you to pay over and over and over for their mistakes and shotty equipment. Please dont get mixed up with this company!
