I ordered free sample from pop-up and 3 weeks later, i check my bank statement and there is a charge for 87.91 2.31 on my statement. I call and they tell me i had 2 weeks to cancel acct. If not, i was charged this much for my free sample! I am so angry! Then i call and ask for a supervisor, and Ryan tells me they are going through a system upgrade and they can't pull up my account! What (Inappropriate Content Removed), i wish i could sue!
