Quibids gharged $60.00 to my Amex card with out permission. I had Amex take it off my account, but Quibeds is billing me for the $60.00 each month and charging an additional 2%. Quibids is an outrageous rip off. What they are doing is illegal. They will never get a dime from me!!! Gerald Chandler, Az.
