Received official looking 1.4 M award ltr asking for $19.99. Knew it was a scam. Tempted to return letter with NO money saying "when you pay me 1.4M I will gladly send you $19.99... But did not. Two scam give aways... Too good to be true and asking for money to award money. The return envelope was P.O. Box 9004' Westbury NY 11590-9004
