I ordered the reliftxs anti-aging cream on the 12th October and received it about a week later with no payment slip included. My credit card was charged on the 29th.in the terms and conditions it said I could ring or email them within 14 days of receiving product to get an RMA number if I wished to return it for a refund. I tried many times to contact them by phone and it seemed to have been changed or disconnected. I emailed and got no response. These guys seem to be scamming people; can you stop them. I have just read another women's post who had the same experience as me. I would really like to return product for a refund.
