1) Boots ordered on line
2) Waited 2 weeks... Received nothing so I followed up
3) Was told not in stock order something else
4) I asked for my money back
5) I was told OK but 20% service charge (bank fee)
6) I do not feel I ahould be charged any fee as if tey did not have the boots they should not have charged my account
