I responded to an online advertisement for a "free trial" of a weight loss pill called "Total Trim" and since this supplement did not work, I did try to contact the company to let them know that I do not want any future shipments. Only then did I discover that there was no phone number, address, or e-mail information on the invoice. I received two shipments from them, which I both immediately returned to them (I wrote: "Return & refused on the envelope/package). I also informed my credit card company (American Express) who reversed the charge both times and then put a block on the company, which now is lifted, because they contacted "Totally Products" and received a letter from them, which they forwarded to me.in the letter it is stated that I will have to call them under the following number: 800-940-0710 in order to obtain an authorization code to return the product. The company further states that they will not accept or recognize any product that is marked "Return, " or "Refused." When called this number I got a recording which directs the caller to a different number, this number is a PHONE-SEX-HOTLINE. I do not know what to do to stop any future charges to my account or shipments of this bogus product. Please help!
