Calls up and wants $ upfront for 'refundable at closing' fees to buy your timeshare for unbelievable price - says not on bbb (but they are, 'F') and offers ONLY 'listing' on Dunn & Bradstreet (dnb.com) as reference (dnb wants $ to get ANY info on a company, and monitors financial info, not practices - even has 'listing' for known scam co.).
