This person calling himself Simon Lewis from Micro Soft, empolyee I.D. # 474560, Ph. # 1 800 474 6836 or California (Personal Info Removed)
contacted my wife while I was away and asked her if she was having prob. With her computor and convinced her to let him fix it.
Both you and I know Micro Soft never makes such calls. That the billing would come from SWREG Digital River, but it didn't as you can see.
Anyway we are pensioners and this really hurts us, the bad part is she gave him our Master Card # which we have changed since.
