Turned on computer and on the screen it said i had a virus that would shut down my computer-a trojan. I purchased what i thought was a virus protection from micro soft. I called micro soft and found i had been taken. I was told to call my bank which i did. I finally got through to someone, after calling 5 numbers. I am still on hold 2hours later from the first call. Thank goodness for cell phones. I spoke to someone at this number 1-800-406 and was told within 5 to 10 days or sooner i will be credited my money back. I would like to see companies like this shut down. Now i will wait to see if i get my money back or if they take out more. I can always go back to my bank, but hope i don't have to.
