took the money out of my account very fast. No e-mails or links sent to me at all and the when i called on the 16th to find out why and what was going on they gave me the run around and asked if i had checked my spam or junk files. Talked to a rep then a supervisor after a long wait (i know they tried to deter me). Then they tried to give a 50% refund when there is a 30 day money back guarantee. Stay clear of these people they are true scam artist and do not back down from them when they are trying to spin their lies to you. Stand firm and demand your rights. They have to give you what they promised or a full refund in 30 days and the decision is yours not theirs
