My checking account was debted $30 for unknown reason. I called the company and was put on hold for 1/2 hr. Finally spoke to rep named Kathy Collins, ID 239. She told me I applied for a loan on 11/5 and the $30 was a processing fee??? Asked her NAME of the loan company - she told me she would have to transfer me to a supervisor. I told her I need the money put back into my account ASAP. She said the supervisor would handle it but she would note my account to cancel any further transactions. The reimbursement would take about 15 days. I never did speak to a supervisor!
