I ordered from him last Saturday. I sent him my PO then I paid thru Western Union. He said its more faster. This morning I received an email from him saying that I need to pay 40% of 325.00. I checked DHL the tracking number he provided but nothing showed up. He told me to pay asap so he can release the goods. But I told him to release the goods first before I pay for the sales tax. I emailed him several times today but no reply until now.
