We applied with Legacy in March and were told that we would be saved and that our Mortagage would be cut in half and that we might even qualify for a reduction of the principal owed. It seems as soon as they had all of our money we never heard from them we called frequently to find out what was going on they never called back and we last night called our lender come to find out they have not talked to BofA since Sept. And all they were doing is verifying our income but they told us they were in negoctations with them. Nothing they told us was true and they took our money.
