I bought some 'genuine' Ugg boots from this site and they arrive only to be the worst quality fakes. I immediately contacted the comapny who appeared shocked and asked for pictures. I replied immediately and they got back to me and said i could return them but they were in China and this would cost me a fortune to do so they suggested I give them to someone as a gift and buy some more form them with a gift of 5% discount on my next purchase!!! I am shocked that companies are allowed to do this and would like to try and make sure it doesnt happen to anyone else!
