I ordered from this site on Aug 02 and they billed me $2.97 & again on Aug 10 they billed me $57.93. So I was expecting a package along the way of 4-6 weeks. No package came. On Sept. 10 I again was billed $57.93, but no package. Now comes Oct 10, again a bill came for $57.93, but no package. I was expecting a package listing the different ways to obtain a Federal Grant. They have sent nothing and said nothing.
