In 2005 I leased a toyota mini van fully loaded. I have in writting the price qoute of $541 a month with 15k a year.

At the end of the lease I returned the car with 45k. Then I got a bill for $1600 for over milage of 9k.

I called and said I was within the contract to my surprise was changed to 12k at signing.

I paid for 36 months $541 a month and have the qoutes based on that price and milage of 15k at that price.

I have wriiten many letter to toyota to no avail plus went back to the dealer. They were o helpfull at all.

Since that time they have messed up my credit that was 630 at the time to 460 at this time.

There is nobody who will listen or even look at the documents that i have. I ahve also been harassed by collection agency day after day.

What can I do to prove I am write and get this off my record.
