Toyota leases car and still sells it as new based on low mileage

I bought a car from Libertyville Toyota. I was assured it was brand new. Being a first time buyer of a new car, I was not aware the odometer should be as low as 17 or 15 to be really brand new. I got the car at 220 miles. Two months and 2350 miles later, I find a receipt for a lease (to Margen of Niles), a copy of a temporary car insurance, and a car registration (in the name of Toyota Motor Credit Company Marjen of Niles) among other things in the car's operator's manual.
When I called the dealer, Chad, a salesman, insisted that it's brand new. When I spoke to the Manager, Mr. Gunther, he maintained that it was new and went as far as saying it stayed in the lot. But Mr Gunther coud not explain how the odometer aquired 220 miles staying in the lot. Mr Gunther further stated that "a car is only considered used if it has been titled and then sold." So does a 3 year old car, despite the mileage it acquires from years of usage, since the owner has not fully paid it's price, considered still new?
True, I was informed of the mileage of the car, but at the very least they should have informed me that the car was in fact leased. My idea of new is one that has not been used.
I was charged the brand new price for a car that was leased and Mr Gunther's response to my complaint was, "There's nothing I can do."
