After receiving an email from this email address, we purchased 'ghd' hairdrier and hair straightners. They arrived on October 26, but neither worked. They had arrived in a cardboard box with no delivery docket with a label on the box marked $10 lady's boots from China. We tried to contact the company via the confirmation email received on Oct 14. They replied by saying that they could not be broken as the goods were "nice" when they were posted. Their email guarentees money back if not happy. I have also tried to register the items on the ghd website but the serial number seems to be fake. The most recent email I have received asked can I take it to repair. I have told them No, I want my money back. We paid them £98.59 (pounds stg). Can you help me???
