This gentleman or group of fraudsters posts ads on numerous international trade sites such as alibaba.com and tradekey.com for a variety of medicine and pharmaceutical products. After going through my emails and researching being ripped off, i saw that there were numerous companies i had been corresponding with whose emails were coming from the same set of ip addresses. The ip address was 98.138.91.128, or a variation with only the last three digits of the ip being different. Ip tracking software reported the ip to be coming from a remote location in sunnyvale, california. This guy has to have made many thousands of dollars fraudulently scamming people because he got me more than once and has many people in his/her/their network who accept payments for the bogus products via western union in many parts of the world.
