Chevron/Texaco and First Flight

Texaco/Chevron sent me an email stating that I had won $1.5 million and that I needed to contact First Flight to have the money sent to me. First Flight said the fee was $810. I sent it to them on 11/10 via Westion Union. This also cost me $62 in Western Union fees. Now first Flight is saying that I have to pay $7,000 in taxes before they can send me the money. I can't aford this and I have asked for a full refund. They have not refunded or responded to me of course and now I have no money left to feed my family nor but medicine for my wife who is a diabetic. Total damages are $872.
