Ripoff They charged me $169.00 for something that I didn't order

I was looking at TV one night and this company offered a free sample but you had to pay the shipping. The lady I talk to told me that I had thirty days to cancel, I told her that I dodn't want purchase this product, and assured be that I could cancel within 30days. I received the product on 4/8, and cancel on 4/26.

They charged me $169.00 for something that I didn't order. I called them a couple of times and I talk to a man the first time and he tryed to get smart with me telling me that I wasn't going to get my money back. The second time I talked to a lady I told her that I didn't order this products and she said the company has a no refund policy. So I'm working with my bank trying to get my money back.
