M. Fisher called me to tell me i had been awarded $750,000 from a sweepstakes i entered in costa rica. I western union $22,031 in payments over several days sstarting 10-13-11 and ending 10-24-11. I never rec'd anything. I asked him to return my $22,031. Please help me get my money back. John parren of the U.S. Justice dept ph.# (Personal Info Removed) was also inv olved.
