2 young men came to my apt. Door. Selling magazines to earn money for higher education. I bought a magazine from both of them. The cost for each was 48.00 plus fees for them totaling 63.00 for each order. I was told my c hecks would be held for 30 days before cashing. My checks were dated for 10/31 and one was dated 11/30. I was also told i had 3 days to cancel but by mail only. I am a senior citizen and i had my dunce cap on that day. The next day i wrote a letter to cancel. On
november 3, i was checking my bank account statement on line both checks were cashed and my bank was kind enough to cash both checks. Now my account is overdrawn. I have tried to call the company at 239-659-0009, i am either told to call back or put on hold for long periods of time and never was able to speak to any one. I feel i was scamed as the 2 young men out and out lied to me about when the checks would be cashed. I am not able to reach to company to speak to anyone. Also when i check my order on line they have my adress as almedia, not albuqueque so what are my chances of ever
receiving these magazines. Also please note i tried to go on there web side only to learn it does not exist. Is there anything i can do to fix this
