I sent for a trial offer of jovenu @1.99 which i eventually received but saw my bank statement and was horrified to seeon october26 they took out 54. Pounds and84 pence i went on website and lots of other people they had done this to iv contacted the bank and consumer direct i really want my money back but dont know who else to ask for help?
