N 12 OctoberI agreed to a trial pack of Juveneu product with a cost of A$1.99 postage. A parcel arrived within a few days and the customs declaration label state GIFT so I thought it was the trial bottle. When I received my credit card there had been a direct debit of USD8471 plus currency conversion fee of A$2.46. I submitted a response and requested a credit be issued to my account and upon contact my bank I was alarmed to learn that this company may direct debit my account monthly, My bank has suggested sending an e-mail and securing a copy so that they can act on my behalf but I cannot locate a direct e-mail address.
