Spoiled salmon - delivery

I went to UPS in Eagle River to ship two packages of salmon to the lower 48 on Friday at 10 AM.
The dour shipper charged me $220 for UPS next day and shipping boxes and stated it would arrive the following Tuesday. I later called to ask if the fish was refrigerated and the lady said it was and the box stated to keep refrigerated. She assured me the fish will stay frozen. The fish arrived spoiled and worthless.
