Not Refunding my Money

June 17th TV set top box was mailed by WatchIndia. Tv. First, these guys lied about Internet speed requirement. After I got high speed Internet, the reception is at the best bad. I tried many ways to get this box working and requested technical help which this company never did anything to resolve problems. I requested refund on August 24th and have not received any response so far. This is a rip-off company, once they get money, they don't care. No service, no help.
