I tried to get a movie I wanted to watch. It indicated I had to put a credit card number in, but that it would not be charged without my knowledge.
I couldn't even get the service to work, so I never got back on the site. I saw today that the charge was made-so I called the company. The worker informed me I HAD signed up for the 8 month service-even though I did not. She offered to refund $25.00 of the charge within 30 days. I told her that was ridiculous.
