Buyer beware of this company! This is a printing company that guarentees delivery dates and suggests that to make the requested delivery date the consumer will have to pay for a RUSH fee.

The company staes a shipping date on their invoice. I sought to follow up on my order 3 days after the stated shipping date by requesting a tracking number. This is where the the night mare begins. Calls were dropped, I was hung up on, I was promised that if I would call back the next day that they would have a tracking numnber.

The supervisory personell were extremely rude and would not even anser the fundimental question " What is the status of my order?

My order was time sensitive and I explained that fact to the company when ordering thus the reason to pay the extra RUSH Fees.

I continued to call about my order and was placed on hold, transfered, and constantly hung up on. When I recieve my Telephone bill I will have actual documentattion of the number and amount of time I have spent trying to resolve the issue.

Finally 1 week after the stated shipping date the order was processed and shipped. Now I will receive my signs AFTER MY SANTA HAS BEEN COMPLETED. Another words I wasted almost $200 having signs printed that have no further use.

If the company had been up front about their failure to meet their own self stated deadline I WOULD OR SHOULD HAVE HAD THE OPPROTUNITY TO CANCEL THE SALE.

YARD SIGNS LLC IS THE WORST INTERNET VENDOR I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Santa Claus puts a thumbs down status on this company and warns any potential consumers to beware of purchaseing anything from them.
