I too paid postage on a free sample, and have then been charged directly through my bank for another two consignments, which I did not authorise or receive (one on 21.10.11). If only I had paid by credit card I would have been safeguarded. I have tried to contact the number listed in the UK, but it is unobtainable. My bank is trying to stop any further payments, but I am disgusted with their activities.
