I requested a free trial of Essence of Argan and paid 3.99 postage by credit card. Got my statement in, dated 12May and postage had been paid without receiving the free trial. I have sent them a recorded delivery letter as I have been unable to contact them by telephone. This is unobtainable. I did receive my "free sample" this afternoon. The delivery note states i have 15 days in which to cancel from the order date. This has now expired. I will be charged 83.80 plus s&h. I will be sent an order every 30days for the same amount. I have now been on to my visa provider who has cancelled my card as of now. What a relief. Anyone in this situation may also do the same. My credit card provider seemed to know exactly what the problem is and advised me to contact Lifestyle Advantage one more time, which I did and was still unable to get through. I feel a weight has been lifted, this will teach me a lesson, no more free trials! Nothing is free.
