I checked my account and found a charge I couldn't identify so I called and was told I had signed up for some membership I did not know about. I asked (via email - (since I could not talk to a custer service rep at the time of my call), that they cancel this and requested a refund on 10/6. I received a call back 10/12 and was told my "membership" would be cancelled and my money would be refunded within 30 days after they verified the payment.
I called again today 11/9 and was told they were still investigating and not to worry that they hadn't forgotten me. Are you serious!!! I want my money back and the overdraft this caused to my account - Now!!!
I pointed out that this process was now into day 33 and I want to know how much more time they needed - the accented agent who returned my call today told me (rather read the scripted answer) that she could not say for sure how many days this would take but they were investigating the payment. And there was no other information she could give before she politely dismissed me by saying thanks you - bye bye. Grrrr
