Unauthorized charges came out of my account. I can not even log into the website. Called the 1-888 number and spoke to a representative, she said the free account was only a 5 day promotional event, and that you would be billed $49.99 there after. I told her that the sign up never stated that and that it clearly states that nothing will be charged to your account. She stated that my account was canceled but they did not give refunds, and that since they took the money i would be able to enjoy 6 month of their services. I still can not access the site. I'm pissed.
